Meega Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meega's services in any way — whether through our website, mobile app, or any other platform we operate — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Meega platform immediately.

These terms apply in conjunction with Privacy Policy of ours and other policy documents published by Meega from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the Meega platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any other party.
• Not included on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under applicable laws.
• Having valid legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has never had an account closed by meega for fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.

3Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) account only at Meega. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or other devices — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Required Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on a valid identification document
• Exact date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number
• Bank account details for withdrawal purposes

Identity Verification (KYC)

Meega reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your identification card, passport, or other supporting documents. This KYC process is an industry standard and is designed to protect the security of your account. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals.

4Deposits & Payments

Meega provides a variety of deposit methods suited for players in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account instantly upon confirmation received from the payment provider.

Deposit Limit

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: subject to your chosen payment method and account level
• No additional fees are charged by meega for all standard deposits

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals are processed to a verified Malaysian bank account registered in your name. meega processes withdrawals within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request
• Account must have completed full KYC verification
• The withdrawal method must be the same as or equivalent to the deposit method used
• Any bonus received must meet the rollover requirements before a withdrawal is permitted
• Meega reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits

6Bonuses & Promotions

Meega offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements clearly stated on the respective promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other players or directly exchanged for cash
• Meega reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Multiple accounts registering to receive the same bonus will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses
• Bonus rollover requirements must be completed within the stipulated time period

Meega reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses that are currently undergoing valid wagering.

7Game Rules

All games available on the meega platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) that have been audited and certified by a recognized independent body. This ensures every game round is fair and unbiased.

General Game Policy

• Game results that have been finalised by the system cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure
• Any system failure occurring during gameplay will be resolved based on recorded server logs
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes constitutes fraud and will result in account closure

8Player Conduct

Meega expects all members to be courteous and respectful towards other players and our staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the meega platform:

• Using profane, threatening, or abusive language in live chat or any other communication
• Spreading false or misleading information about the meega platform
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt Meega's systems and infrastructure
• Engaging in any form of financial fraud, including money laundering
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to use your account

9Account Suspension and Closure

Meega reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, either temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents
• Multiple account registration
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system
• Request by relevant authorities

If your account is closed due to a violation, any funds associated with the breaching activity may be forfeited. Legitimately obtained funds will be returned to you once the investigation is concluded, subject to meega's decision.

10Liability Limits

Meega shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to planned or unplanned system maintenance
• Data loss resulting from third-party hardware or software failure
• Processing delays caused by payment providers or banks
• Any action or omission by a third party beyond meega's control

In all circumstances, Meega's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11Responsible Gambling

Meega is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of self-management tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits
• Loss limit — limit the total amount of losses within a given period
• Session time limit — receive a reminder after a set play session duration
• Temporary break — suspend the account from 24 hours up to 6 months
• Self-exclusion — permanently close the account if required

12Terms Amendment
